Born to the Vulture subtribe in Gyr Abania during the Garlean Empire's occupation of the land, V'ish and his tribemates faced constant persecution by the XIIth Legion. Unlike the neighboring Marmot tribe, the Vulture subtribe were not as technologically advanced and suffered.Knowing they would succumb to subjugation or death like many in their tribe already had, V'ish and his sister devised a plan to leave Gyr Abania and head South towards the Thanalans. There, they came upon the city-state Ul'dah and learned the ways of city living.At first, V'ish took a more straightforward approach to making money: accepting ventures and pocketing the gil that came with their completion. His choices in which jobs he began accepting became more morally questionable until V'ish soon found himself engaging in illicit work, such as robbery, vandalism, and more. These illegal jobs earned him much more than simplistic ventures.

At heart, V'ish is an obstinate brat whose sharp tongue gets him in more trouble than he can handle, despite what he wants you to believe.
His petulant temper and overall lack of manners are capable of angering even the most patient people.
